2. How can I correct or update my account information?
You may correct or update some personal and account information maintained in your online profile in My Account from the top left side menu. To correct other information, please contact your account manager or call 651-999-6211.
3. Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Please call our sales team at 651-999-6211 or firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
4. How do I checkout?
You can checkout and complete your order from the Checkout tab (top) or the Checkout link (bottom).
5. Whom do I talk to if I can’t login to my account?
If you forgot your password, please select Forgot Password on the Login page; enter your email address (email@example.com) and Submit. A link to reset your password will be e-mailed to you immediately.

6. Can I use a credit card or a purchase order (PO)?
Yes. Sourcewell Technology Depot accepts credit cards and purchase orders (POs). Each account is reviewed on a case by case basis.
7. What kind of credit cards do you accept?
Sourcewell Technology Depot accepts both Visa and Master credit cards. Each account is reviewed on a case by case basis.
8. Will I get charged tax?
No, not if we have your tax exempt form (MN ST3) on file. Otherwise, your local state's sales tax will apply.
9. Will I get charged Shipping fees?
Yes. Shipping costs will be added to your order total.
10. Do you have expedited shipping options?
Yes. You can select the yellow button to the left of the Shipping line (below the subtotal) from the Shopping Cart or at Checkout for more delivery method options. Select your delivery method of choice from the list and Save. Products will ship the same day, pending stock availability, if your order is submitted by 1:00pm CST.
11. What if I can’t find what I am looking for on Sourcewell Technology Depot?
From the Products tab, enter a part number or keyword(s) in the Search box field, Search by Category or Manufacturer, or Browse by Category (left side bar). Your search can also be narrowed down by using the Narrow Your Results filter.
12. What is your return policy?
Seller offers a 30-day return policy on most products sold. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number or after 30 days of receipt. Restocking fees may apply and are based on each manufacturers return policy. Customers must notify Sourcewell Technology Depot of any damaged products within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Please refer to the Return Policy for details.
